Samsung Galaxy Alpha - major price cut in India

      Galaxy Alpha, Samsung's first metal-bodied smartphone is now available for Rs.26,990 on online marketplace Snapdeal with a discount of Rs.13,000 as the phone was launched at Rs.39,990. The Phone is available at Rs.31,600 on Flipkart. Samsung's offical sit in India is still selling it for Rs.38,900.
     The phone is one of the slimmest Galaxy devices ever with 6.7mm thickness & it's weight is 115g.
     It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and comes with samsung's Ultra-power saving mode to save battery and S Health application. It supports a finger print scanner, heart rate sensor and private mode. It comes with NFC and supports connectivity with Samsung Gear Fit, Gear Live and Gear 2 wearables.
